L'Associazione Cuochi Brianza ha promosso due giornate dedicate all’educazione alimentare, organizzate con la collaborazione del centro commerciale Auchan di Monza. Martedì 13 e sabato 17 ottobre, nell’area appositamente allestita all’ingresso del centro commerciale, gli chef hanno promosso ricette creative preparate con i semplici products available in the supermarket itself.
