By now reached its eighth edition, the competition "El Boton d'Or" acquires a national profile by applying to all schools and all institutions of the Peninsula hotel. Theme of this year's competition will be the promotion of local products-food Lombard (see the link below or visit the website www.buonalombardia.it). As in the previous edition, remains divided into two categories: Section A
(individual): dish cold, hot and presented cold or thought;
Section B (teams): development and relaizzare a menu (appetizer, first course, main course and dessert) thought hot and presented cold. Subsequently, the menu will be served hot at the fair RistorExpo 2010.
remember that the contest, sponsored by our association with the Association of Chefs and the Province of Milan, will have its final climax at the 2010 edition of RistorExpo known trade fair to be held February 14 to 17 at the exhibition Lariofiere.
