As with previous courses, you can subscribe to only one course per session because the lessons will be held Monday evening at the same time in laboratories of the College of Hospitality Dancers Seregno. remember that the courses provided, as always, only lectures and demonstrations, without the direct participation of students in the preparation of recipes.

From October 30 to November 2, our association was invited to participate in the fair of Monza and Brianza Facilities at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza. L’Associazione Cuochi Brianza ha partecipato alla rassegna sociale per il volontariato Manifesta 2010, presso la fiera di Osnago (LC). L’evento si è svolto dal 14 al 16 maggio 2010. All’interno dello spazio della provincia di Monza e Brianza, la nostra associazione ha promosso le proprie attività organizzate nel sociale e per il sociale.
Wednesday, May 12, 2010, our association has had the honor of cooking for the annual charity dinner organized by the community recovery Exodus of Milan, founded and led by Don Mazzi. The chef Giovanni Guadagno and Alberto Somaschini, supported by the help of numerous members of the College of Hospitality students from the dancers, prepared a dinner for more than a hundred guests, including many celebrities were present. The room service was made by several members of Admiralty, Section of Milano-Laghi. The event brought several moments of intense reflection, thanks to the tireless charitable work of Don Mazzi, during the evening, presented a book written for his 80 years of age.
Our association has participated in the fair Agrinatura, held at the exhibition Lariofiere grass in the days of 30 April and 1-2 May 2010. During the event, several members have participated in the management of space tastings Merenda Km Zero , which have been proposed numerous food and wine tastings. Hundreds of traditional wooden boards have been honored with many visitors who were able to enjoy cheese, jams, honey, olive oil and wine produced strictly in our area.
