I bimbi sono stati attentissimi a non far il minimo rumore ed ora ogni volta che tornano in cameretta, guardano dalla finestra.......... se per caso fosse tornato a.....
....mangiare germogli di fragole ed insalata!

Perche` a noi il maiale piace molto .....gia` in pentola o in salsiccia o meglio libero per il cortile.......quello che impazza in Italia ci piace un po meno.....finira` il Carnevale!

Avendo trovato un ottimo spacciatore di roba italiana .....spinta dalla curiosita` ho comprato questa verdura, che sinceramente non avevo neanche mai visto prima! Piccola ricerca ed ho scoperto trattasi di Puntarelle, una volta si potevano mangiare solo nel Lazio, ora si trovano miracolosamente anche in piena Germania.

Per l'insalata si usano solo i germogli interni puliti delle foglie esterne, che non ho buttato ma una volta sbollentate insieme a noci olive ed acciughe sono finite nel ripieno di questo:

..... I was too lazy but I know that the slices should be thin and still more for water than tap water! outside was 0 degrees!

L 'have the salad dressed with vinegar, garlic, salt, some olive oil and anchovy fillets. The change in water should be removed and curl puntarelle bitter! For taste I would say that it is able to curl .... perhaps the slices had to be more subtle!?

and ended up as a side along with blood oranges medallions of pork ...... simply salted and peppered floured pan-fried with butter!
