BOTON D'OR 2010

By now reached its eighth edition, the competition "El Boton d'Or" acquires a national profile by applying to all schools and all institutions of the Peninsula hotel. Theme of this year's competition will be the promotion of local products-food Lombard (see the link below or visit the website www.buonalombardia.it).

As in the previous edition, remains divided into two categories: Section A
(individual): dish cold, hot and presented cold or thought;
Section B (teams): development and relaizzare a menu (appetizer, first course, main course and dessert) thought hot and presented cold. Subsequently, the menu will be served hot at the fair RistorExpo 2010.
remember that the contest, sponsored by our association with the Association of Chefs and the Province of Milan, will have its final climax at the 2010 edition of RistorExpo known trade fair to be held February 14 to 17 at the exhibition Lariofiere.

ARTISAN FAIR IN 2009. Brianza: the university of doing!

Our association was invited to participate in the 2009 edition of the Craftsman Fair at the exhibition in Rho-Pero. Within the official stand of the Province of Monza and Brianza, have been proposed activities of vegetable carving and small conferences on traditional cuisine of "light taste" and on molecular gastronomy, a subject that has aroused much public interest after the Notes controversial television a few months ago.
All events sponsored in of this stand, characterized by the need for considerable dexterity in working, they wanted to stress once again the slogan coined by the Management of our new Province (which has led our association to participate in the prestigious event). SLOW FOOD: Mother Earth Day

A prestigious project of Slow Food, known association for the preservation of food and wine niche, involving, exclusively, the Association of Cooks Brianza and all classes of the Hotel of the College of dancers during the course of Tuesday November 24. L'Associazione Cuochi Brianza ha promosso due giornate dedicate all’educazione alimentare, organizzate con la collaborazione del centro commerciale Auchan di Monza. Martedì 13 e sabato 17 ottobre, nell’area appositamente allestita all’ingresso del centro commerciale, gli chef hanno promosso ricette creative preparate con i semplici products available in the supermarket itself.
