Our association was invited to participate in the 2009 edition of the Craftsman Fair at the exhibition in Rho-Pero. Within the official stand of the Province of Monza and Brianza, have been proposed activities of vegetable carving and small conferences on traditional cuisine of "light taste" and on molecular gastronomy, a subject that has aroused much public interest after the Notes controversial television a few months ago. All events sponsored in of this stand, characterized by the need for considerable dexterity in working, they wanted to stress once again the slogan coined by the Management of our new Province (which has led our association to participate in the prestigious event).
