HERE ARE THE NEW COOKING 2011!

Here is the schedule of cooking classes for sessions in March and April 2011. As with previous courses, you can subscribe to only one course per session because the lessons will be held Monday evening at the same time in laboratories of the College of Hospitality Dancers Seregno. remember that the courses provided, as always, only lectures and demonstrations, without the direct participation of students in the preparation of recipes.


for enrollment will be activated by a January 5, 2011. The cost of each course is always set at € 70.00.


SESSION March 2011

DATE: Monday, 14 - 21 - 28 March from 20.00 to 23.00

1 - FIRST AUTHOR - pasta sautéed, au gratin and creamed!

2 - MEAT REVOLUTION! - And new ideas for main courses of meat quality.

3 - Cocktail ... - Snacks, finger food, sandwiches and more to a curious appetizer.

4 - kitchen leftovers - what's in the fridge? Cuciniamolo!


SESSION April 2011

DATE: Monday, 4 - 11 - 18th April from 20.00 to 23.00

1 - light taste - simple everyday cooking light and healthy

2 - THE KITCHEN OF THE PIER - proposals for simple fish dishes effect !

3 - GENTLY - from basic sweet pastry simple but spectacular!

AUTUMN COOKING: full speed ahead!

They're coming to a close the cooking classes organized in the autumn months of October and November at the laboratories of the Institute of Hospitality College Dancers. Over 160 participants were able to attend the six courses that our association has proposed:
- light taste, cooking course sound and sustainable, given by our president, the chef John Gain;
- SLICES GOODBYE! course on meat culinary trends and practices, taking from our butcher and gourmet Andrea Mauri;
- GENTLY (base), over pastry base, allowing the chef Alberto Somaschini;
- FIRST AUTHOR, mostly during the first creative dishes, taking chef Gilberto Farina
- KITCHEN AND TABLE OF CHRISTMAS, being dedicated to Christmas, culinary and decorative aspects of this festival, held by chef Daniel Scanziani and maître Antonio Zambrano (Trustee Admiralty Section Milano Laghi);
- GENTLY (advanced), advanced pastry course, held by chef Alberto Somaschini.

Monday, November 29, at the end of the course of autumn, was organized in a toast to all the well wishing, numerous participants.

FAIR AND MONZA BRIANZA: even among us the excellence of our land ...

From October 30 to November 2, our association was invited to participate in the fair of Monza and Brianza Facilities at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza. Within the area reserved for the excellent food and wine have been proposed activities have issued including the decorations with carved fruit and vegetables, and dissemination of food education project "Merenda in Color", our new tool to educate the desire to eat better already screened by the Province of Monza and Brianza.

During the four-day event have driven many young people associated with the stand, including many students of the Hospitality College Dancers. In this post we see pictures of even the dean of the College, Fr Gianluigi Frova, and Vice Chancellor, Don Fabio Saccone, visiting our stand.
